About Me:
I have been in the gym industry for over 10 years. I started teaching group classes in 2012. 2014 I graduated and started personal training as a NASM cpt full time. In 2022 I added online health coaching! I currently teach 8 classes a week, personal train, and have over 200 clients. I am so stoked you are here and I look forward to working with you!
